As a first home buyer, I was little nervous in selecting the right home inspector. But eventually (after going through the report) I realised that Tracker Home Inspection did a splendid job. I had answers to all my questions. The report categorizes the severity of problems. This way it lets one prioritize the tasks without putting additional burden on one's pocket. I am more than satisfied and would seriously recommend them.

Very detail oriented, went over the house with a fine tooth comb. Afterwards sends a very detailed electronic report that includes pictures, what is wrong, how severe it is an options to get it fixed. Worth the money.
