Very detail oriented, went over the house with a fine tooth comb. Afterwards sends a very detailed electronic report that includes pictures, what is wrong, how severe it is an options to get it fixed. Worth the money.

We received helpful reminders, options for payment and scheduling that perfectly accommodated our timeline for our closing date! We received our inspection report very promptly and were so thankful for the thorough and organized information, complete with pictures, concise notes and extremely helpful information.
