As a first home buyer, I was little nervous in selecting the right home inspector. But eventually (after going through the report) I realised that Tracker Home Inspection did a splendid job. I had answers to all my questions. The report categorizes the severity of problems. This way it lets one prioritize the tasks without putting additional burden on one's pocket. Very detail oriented, went over the house with a fine tooth comb. Afterwards sends a very detailed electronic report that includes pictures, what is wrong, how severe it is an options to get it fixed. Worth the money.

I cannot speak more highly of Tracker Home Inspections! We have used many different home inspection companies over the years and Tracker was by far the most comprehensive, professional, courteous and easy to work with! We received helpful reminders, options for payment and scheduling that perfectly accommodated our timeline for our closing date! We received our inspection report very promptly and were so thankful for the thorough and organized information, complete with pictures, concise notes and extremely helpful information.
